Isles Ranch Partners Expands Platform in Texas

Isles Ranch Opens Dallas Office; Adds Two Seasoned Professionals 

DALLAS – March 3, 2015 – Isles Ranch Partners, LLC, an alternative investment firm, today announced the opening of its new office in Dallas and the hiring of Aimee Martin as its managing director. Martin will lead the origination of new residential investment opportunities in Texas and other markets throughout the midwest and eastern regions of the United States. Isles Ranch also announced the hiring of Eric Koff as director of real estate operations in its Newport Beach office to oversee real estate operations and administration of all existing investments throughout the United States.

Martin joins Isles Ranch from Rockpoint Group where she was responsible for originations and asset management across a variety of its residential land investments, including Rockpoint Finance Fund.  Prior to joining Rockpoint, she served as director of land finance for Meritage Homes Corporation and director of project finance at Terrabrook, a national land development company. Koff joins Isles Ranch from IHP Capital Partners, where he was responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis, asset management and underwriting new residential acquisitions.
